Helping You To Make & Save Money!

Mental health

Our mental health and our bank balance are intrinsically linked.

A change in our earnings can result in our mood deteriorating. But equally, a change in our mood can lead to our finances changing. We may also try to self soothe by shopping and spending, which all well and good if you can afford it.

It can be difficult to know what to do and to stop things from spiralling. So this section contains some hints, tips and ideas about boosting your mood and sense of wellbeing.

Little changes can make all the difference and hopefully, some of the articles here will stop your mental health from escalating. So try some of these things and see if they work for you.
