Birth tips

I have created a space for birth tips, because giving birth is a monumental occasion that you want to run as smoothly as possible.

I’m not medically trained, but I have had a baby myself and there are some things I wish I’d known before I went into hospital. Other things I only knew because a friend kindly told me.

So this space is for tried-and-tested birth tips. I know that everybody throws advice at you when you’re expecting. But these articles are worth checking out. If you just take one tip from this section and it makes your birth a smidge easier, then this section has done its job.

You’ll find all of my birthing tips below. I genuinely hope that you find them useful.
