This white chocolate fudge is surprisingly easy to make. If you combine a white chocolate layer, with a pink fudge layer and add sprinkles, then you’re left with an impressive-looking sweet treat. This is so easy to make; virtually anybody can try their hand at it.

Make Simple White Chocolate Fudge

Ideally, you’ll have a microwave if you’re attempting this chocolate fudge recipe, but if you don’t have one, you could melt the chocolate on the hob just as easily.

We think this is a great fudge recipe for Valentine’s Day, but you could always adapt the colours to suit the season! You could make green and orange fudge to mark St Patrick’s Day, light yellow and light green fudge in Spring, or combine red and white fudge with gold sprinkles at Christmas! The opportunities are endless!

The chocolate fudge recipe

No bake white chocolate fudge - the ingredients

To make one slab of white and pink fudge, you will need:

  • 1 x deep baking tray, lined with baking paper
  • 543g of white chocolate chips
  • 397g of sweetened condensed milk (approx 1 can)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon red food colouring
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 35g pink and white sprinkles

The method for making white and pink fudge

1) The first step is to take 272g of the white chocolate chips and melt them in microwave. This should take around 30 seconds.

2) Add 0.5 tablespoons vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of food colouring to the melted white chocolate and mix. If you’re not happy with the pink colour, add more dye.

3) Put the mix in the lined deep baking tray.

4) Melt the remaining chocolate chips and condensed milk in the same way. Add 0.5 tablespoons of vanilla extract.

5) Pour the white mixture on top of the pink layer. Add sprinkles.

6) Add the sprinkles and leave the fudge the fridge for two hours.

7) Cut your fudge into chunks and serve. It’s as easy as that!
